As with any event, there are expenses. In order to make this event as successful as possible, we are asking for sponsors to help off-set these costs. Funds received from sponsorships will go toward payment for permits, pavilion rental, our race management company, t-shirts, website, advertising, awards/medals, etc. Any overage will go directly toward our campaign.
We welcome and appreciate any additional donations of promotional items, such as gift certificates, coupons, water bottles, key chains, pens/pencils, flyers/brochures, business cards, food/drinks for race participants, etc.
St. Bede School is a non-profit organization which has a 501c3 tax identification number. Your sponsorship is considered a charitable donation and can be a tax deduction. A letter indicating St. Bede's tax ID number can be provided to any donors who sponsor the event.
In order to meet our t-shirt printing deadline,
sponsorships are due by October 11, 2019.

Breakfast Sponsor: Provide coffee and breakfast items, including plates, napkins, creamer, sugar, stirrers, disposable coffee cups, etc., and serve before/during the race.
